Aviation Material Testing-Carbon Fiber Composite Material Plate Wall Thickness Measurement

The picture below is a carbon fiber composite plate provided by an aviation company，it requires precise thickness measurement. 

We use PM5 Gen2 high-precision thickness gauge for testing. 

PM5 Gen2 resolution is 0.001mm, measurement range is 0.15-30mm, and PM5 Gen2 has real-time A-scan waveform display, it can accurately measure the carbon fiber composite plate thickness. 

While measuring the thickness, the A-scan waveform can be used to distinguish whether the composite material is well combined. If there is stratification inside the carbon fiber composite plate, then it can be identified through the A-scan waveform.
