The YUSHI UM4 Gen3 is designed for simplicity and reliability, requiring no complex training and allowing zero-experience operators to get started quickly. Its core advantage is powerful automatic measurement capability: it measures true base material thickness through coatings up to 30 mm thick, with no manual parameter adjustment required.
It is compatible with both single-element and dual-element transducers, and features real-time A-scan / B-scan imaging and a built-in data logger. It is an ideal choice for routine corrosion monitoring, pipeline wall thickness inspection and pressure vessel NDT.
UM5 Gen3: Professional Corrosion Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
The UM5 Gen3 delivers industry-leading manual and automatic measurement performance for heavy corrosion and thick-coating inspection. In manual mode, it penetrates plastic coatings up to 200 mm thick; in automatic mode, it still achieves reliable through-coating measurement up to 30 mm.
With the optional high-temperature measurement kit, it performs reliable thickness testing at temperatures up to 500°C, breaking through the temperature limits of standard ultrasonic gauges. It supports single-element and dual-element transducers, real-time A/B-scan display and on-board data recording, making it suitable for heavy industry, petrochemical and high-temperature pipeline inspection.
PM4 Gen3: Easy-to-Use High Precision Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
The PM4 Gen3 combines high accuracy, ultra-thin measurement capability and intuitive operation in one compact device. It delivers highly stable and repeatable readings, capable of resolving thickness differences as small as 1 μm.
Supplied as standard with a 15 MHz single-element delay line transducer, it achieves a minimum measuring range down to 0.13 mm. It works on flat plates, pipes and curved surfaces, and can measure net base material thickness through thin coatings. It is widely used for thin-wall tube inspection, precision manufacturing quality control and aerospace component testing.
PM5 Gen3: Professional High Precision Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
The PM5 Gen3 is the flagship model for high-end precision thickness measurement, featuring outstanding performance, exceptional accuracy and a rugged, compact design. It can resolve thickness differences of 0.001 mm on steel test blocks, and reaches a minimum measuring limit of 0.05 mm in steel with the high-frequency option.
